Products purchased directly from www.maxprofitness.in are not eligible for return or refund.However, replacement is available under the following conditions:

A replacement will be provided only if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect,
    or
  • The product is damaged during delivery

  • Customers must raise a replacement request within 7 days of the date of delivery
  • Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted

  • Share clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect
  • Ensure the product is unused and in its original condition

Inspection
& Resolution

All replacement requests are subject to inspection and approval by Maxpro Fitness

Once approved, the resolution will be:

Replacement of the damaged product,
or

Another suitable solution as deemed appropriate by Maxpro Fitness

Decision

Maxpro Fitness reserves the right to approve or reject any replacement request after reviewing the product condition and submitted details.
