Structural Frame

The structural frame of the fitness equipment is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the duration specified for the product.

  • Coverage applies to manufacturing defects only.
  • Paint, finishes, and cosmetic coatings are excluded from frame coverage unless otherwise stated.

Drive Systems & Motors

Motors, drive systems, and resistance mechanisms are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the applicable warranty period.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper installation or assembly
  • Power fluctuation or electrical supply issues
  • Failure to follow instructions in the owner's manual
  • Accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Unauthorized modification or repair
  • Lack of reasonable and necessary maintenance.

Parts & Electronics

Electrical components, moving parts, and designated wear items are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the applicable warranty period.

Covered components may include (but are not limited to):

  • Control boards and display consoles
  • Resistance systems or incline mechanisms
  • Belts, chains, cables, pulleys, and bearings

Exclusions:

  • Performance accuracy of heart rate monitoring systems as results vary by user physiology and usage
  • Software updates, firmware upgrades, or application version changes.

What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not apply to damage or failure caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Improper use, overloading, or misuse of equipment
  • Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications
  • Improper installation or relocation
  • Electrical or power supply issues
  • Accidental damage, dropped equipment, or mishandling
  • Abuse, neglect, vandalism, or theft
  • Transportation or shipping damage after post-installation.
  • Environmental conditions (fire, flood, rust, corrosion, dust, sand, humidity, or weather exposure)
  • Loss of use while the product is awaiting service or parts
  • Products purchased from unauthorized dealers
  • Software changes, password resets, or system modifications

Limitation of Warranty

Under this warranty, the manufacturer's responsibility is limited solely to the repair or replacement of covered parts at its discretion. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
