Should I detox?

Do I have to eat breakfast everyday?
It's a personal choice; some people benefit from breakfast, while others may prefer intermittent fasting. But people who do not have breakfast will not be able to meet up the regular recommended dietary intakes of nutrients.
What type of sugar is good?
Limit added sugars(36g-100g); focus on natural sugars found in fruits and other whole foods.Raw and unrefined sugars are best when compared to processed sugars because of nutrient breaching.
